Credit card guarantee

The Olympic Hotel Amsterdam requires credit card details in order to be able to guarantee your reservation. The credit card that you use must belong to you personally or you must be legally authorized to use it by the owner. Your credit card information is sent directly to Olympic Hotel Amsterdam. If you make a reservation, you are automatically entering into an agreement with Olympic Hotel Amsterdam. We will not deduct a payment from your credit card, because you can pay for your stay when you check in at the hotel. However, this does not apply to a non-refundable reservation. For this type of reservation, immediately after you make the reservation the payment is deducted from your credit card.

Cancellation and no-show policy

Free cancellation is possible if it is done in written inside the free cancellation window of the hotel. We kindly advise you to read through the hotel’s cancellation policy below carefully. 

 

Cancellation policy: it is possible to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. Please note that the ‘day of arrival’ begins at 0:00 hours local time. In case of late cancellation, you will be charged for the first night of your stay. In case of  No Show, you will be charged for the entire stay. The hotel will retain your room reservation up to 12:00 PM on the day after your planned arrival, after which the reservation will be released.
